Springboro Community Service Board Accepting Requests for Assistance
The Community Service Board was established by the Springboro City Council in 2008 to offer free assistance to residents in need in our community. The Board created a community oriented volunteer program that connects residents who need assistance with volunteers and service organizations in the City. The Board is now accepting requests for assistance from residents in need of some extra help with everyday tasks.
To request assistance, please download the Community Assistance Referral Form.
Assistance request forms are also available at the
The Board will review and forward all requests to volunteer organizations who will then contact the resident requesting help. Anyone who anticipates a need with the approaching fall and winter yard tasks should complete a request form now in order for the Board to process the request in time to assist residents with leaf or snow removal. Volunteers are also ready to help change light bulbs that can only be reached from a ladder, read mail for residents with a visual impairment, or respond to residents who need help due to a temporary condition.
INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING FOR THE PROGRAM??? If you belong to an organization that would be interested in volunteering to help Springboro residents in need of assistance, please download the Volunteer Organization Agreement.
